Abstract & Poster Information

The meeting will consist of invited 20-minute talks and a contributed poster session. Both require an abstract be submitted, noting that the presenting author must be registered to attend the conference.

Abstracts will be accepted until July 9, 2018.

The abstract submission deadline ended on July 9th.  Abstracts will still be accepted, but it is not possible to guarantee they will still be included in the program book.  The sooner a late abstract is received, the greater the chances of inclusion will be.

Abstract preparation instructions:

All abstracts must download and use the pre-formatted template.  Simply replace the bracketed text with your text. Do not alter font size or type.

When done, save the file as YourName-abstract.doc or .docx. Submit the abstract electronically using our Qualtrics form. Abstracts submitted by email cannot be accepted.
